When a native call comes in, the iPhone requires that all apps give way, including VoIP Apps like Bria.

Bria's calls will be put on hold when possible. Sometimes, this cannot be done (for example, some networks cannot handle data and a phone call at the same time).

Are you sure that Bria is fully closing when the call comes in? It should be sent to the background, and the call put on hold if possible (or ended, otherwise).

We apologize for the backgrounding behavior, but as I said, we are required to allow the call to take over.

I am having the same issue. When a cell call comes in, the phone immediately cuts from the Bria call to the cell call. There's no warning. Through trial and error I found that the Bria call is put on hold, but given that there's no warning, the Bria call might just as well be disconnected. There must be a way to address this - I know, for example, that incoming cell calls are preempted and go right to voicemail when I am syncing my password vault app via wifi.

This issue is a fatal flaw for business use of Bria.

You can put the iPhone on Do Not Disturb, which will keep incoming calls from breaking in. How about adding a button saying "Activate Do Not Disturb" when you launch the app?

yes ! there s an option named dont disturb mode in ios. if any voip call is active, you can turn on this option in ios. after the voip call you can turn off this option. it will be a good solution.
