The first and most likely reason for getting this error is that there is an issue with your local internet connection that is preventing your Bria Stretto client from contacting the provisioning server:
1. Verify that your current connection on your desktop machine is OK.
2. Verify that on the network you are connected to there is no web proxy or firewall that might restrict access for outbound https traffic. The Bria Stretto client needs to be able to use https for outbound requests to the provisioning server.
3. You may navigate to the following URL (https://stretto.cloudprovisioning.com/status) in a web browser in order to check your connectivity. "all seems well" should be returned as the only content in the web page.
