Starting on November 28th, Bria desktop app versions older than 6.3 and Bria mobile app versions older than 6.1.1 will no longer be able to log in to the Bria Teams and Solo service.
To date, we have urged all customers to update to the latest versions of the Bria apps, but going forward we will be more strictly deprecating older versions. Currently, we do see some customers that are not actively keeping up-to-date and this can cause a variety of issues. To ensure the best security and performance practices we will be enforcing minimum client app versions going forward.
At this time we urge customers to review the current versions of the Bria apps in use by their users and proactively update their Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android apps before the enforcement goes into effect near the end of this month. Once enforced, users will not be able to log in with older versions of the clients and must manually update and re-attempt login for continued use of the service.
