End users are unable to log into Bria when they reach the device limit of 5. This happens when a user tries to log into Bria from the 6th device.
If you have a system administrator in your organization managing Salesforce, contact your system administrator. In the meantime, you can log into Bria from the other devices you have used for Bria.
The administrator can contact CounterPath to solve the issue: increase the device limit for all users, or delete unused devices from the user's records on Stretto.
