When Bria needs to activate its license key it has to establish a secure connection to our License Server. The "License Server Unreachable" indicates that there is a firewall or other security mechanism preventing this connection.
Steps:
- Inform your IT Administrator/Network Administrator that the application needs to be able to connect to:
secure.counterpath.com using https on TCP port 443. - If your network uses a proxy server to get HTTPS connections to the Internet, then the proxy server must be configured manually. In Windows, go to the Control Panel > Internet Options > Connections > LAN settings.
- You must use the "Use a proxy server for your LAN" option. (Bria does not support for auto-configuration of proxy servers, either via script or auto-detection.)
In addition, Bria does not support a proxy server that require authentication. If your proxy server requires authentication check with your IT Administrator/Network Administrator if this can be by-passed for https, or for this specific destination only.
