If you find that Bria consistently has a delay when answering calls you may be able to improve this by specifying a port and transport type in your dashboard. We recommend reaching out to your VoIP provider to have them recommend which port you should be connecting over, and which transport type they support. Some VoIP providers are not compatible with a specific type of lookup that Bria will try to perform, but specifying a port and transport type should avoid this.
To do so log in to your softphone.com dashboard and edit your Team's Voice service configuration. We have a field for the port and transport type that should be used when connecting to your provider. You may also need to change the Firewall Method to either None, or STUN with stun.counterpath.com in the Firewall Server URL field. After doing so your users will need to log out and back in to their clients to receive these updated settings
