The CounterPath Support website has separate login credentials. This helps when, for example, a user is unable to access their Store account, and needs to submit a ticket to help restore access. To sign in, click the "Sign In" link on the top right corner of the page and the following window appears:
If you have already created an account for the support system, you can sign in here. If not, you can sign up to submit a ticket.
If you signed up but don't have password, click the "Forgot my password" link and enter your email address in the window that appears. This also applies if you submitted a ticket by email without signing up.
(Make sure your spam filter doesn't block incoming messages from @counterpath.com addresses!)
You can click the link in the email to set a new password and login. You can view any active tickets you've created by clicking your name in the top right corner, and going to "My Activities."
