Error '404 Not Found' indicates that the server had definite information that the user does not exist in the specified domain. We recommend that you ensure you have entered a valid username or telephone number and try again.
If you are using Bria Teams, you may see a 404 when trying to call or transfer to a Team Voice number from an external number. Team Voice cannot accept calls from external numbers and can only accept calls from other Team Voice contacts. To fix this, try calling the individual through an extension or number outside of Team Voice.
