Hello! I bought the eyebeam program and unfortunately I was not satisfied with the quality of its work. 1 - the program is not communicated by means of

screen access for the blind, 2 - in conversation constantly straying the microphone volume. I wish to request Surat payment. the purchase was carried out

through paypal.

Does the microphone suddenly go quiet at once, or does it gradually decrease? And can you please verify what version of eyeBeam you're using, and what operating system you have?

basically there is a sharp decrease volume. for example, if the volume to 100% volume can drop to 60%.

Is there anything that seems to trigger it? Like another incoming call, some other application alert, etc.? And does the volume decrease only affect eyeBeam, or is there anything else that has trouble with volume levels?
