Hello Robert,

Was this working previously and just started showing this error, or is this the first time you're setting up Bria?

Hi Robert,

If the problem is different between countries, it's likely a limitation of your VOIP service provider. There's nothing in the Bria app that behaves differently based on what country you're in, however many VOIP providers do have such restrictions. I recommend you contact them and ask about it.

Hi Robert,

Can you try changing your network topology settings? If the connection is timing out, perhaps the data is being routed incorrectly, and changing your network topology may address that. For more detailed instructions, check this page in our Knowledge Base: https://support.counterpath.com/knowledge-base/article/how-do-i-change-my-network-topology

I spoke of Christina in GBS Sydney .She thinks a firewall internet blocked it or maybe the internet of the Philippines because of the threat virus the other day.I travel in Vietnam sunday and lets see how it goes.

I tried changing setting the network topology and still not working. Thank you

Hi Robert,

It's very possible, even likely, that you'll see different behaviors in different countries. There's not much you can do from the app to change that, however, so you would need to work with your VOIP provider to see what limitations they may have or may be affected by.
