Bria 5 with Jabra pro 9470

No ringtones at the jabra base. No incoming call sign on base display. Telephone calls are possible. Ringtone on headset is audible.

Hello Christof,

May I please know do you already have the Jabra direct software installed on your system? If not, please get from the link below and try again.

If you already have it then make sure your Jabra direct software and Jabra headset firmware are up to date.

Did you receive and accept the api access notification in Bria that you must have received when you installed Bria and direct software? It is a thunderbolt icon in Bria bottom where you receive the notification. It is mandatory to accept it for full integration of Bria and the Jabra.

If you don't have the notification then let me know if you're using MAC or Windows.

I have the exact same problem, but I am not even able to make phone calls.

There was no prompt to accept an API access when installing Jabra Direct.

As a note, this integration work pretty well with Bria 4 - it is only after upgrading to Bria 5 the quality of the Jabra 9470 integration has been declining.

I am not particulary happy that Counterpath forced us to scrap Bria 4 for a paid upgrade to Bria 5, and now Bria 5 is about useless as a replacement for a desk phone.

Is Bria 5 really compatible with Jabra 9470 as you state on your website?
