the push registration does not work.
Was Push working previously and you suddenly noticed a change, or has this been the case since you first set up Bria Mobile?
It has been working for months, until today. My sip account shows no registration.
Can you please send us a log showing this behavior? Detailed instructions for sending a log can be found here: https://support.counterpath.com/knowledge-base/article/how-do-i-send-a-log-from-bria-mobile
Please enable logging, then register your SIP account, make sure "run in background" is not enabled, then send the app to the background. Re-open it, and then send the log. That should show us the Push registration, and we should be able to see if there is a problem.
