Bria settings

We recently upgraded from x-lite to BRIA and it is having constant problems. We used all of the same setting as we used with x-lite, so I wanted to know if Bria worked better with different settings or configurations? It is constantly dropping calls, failing to establish calls, and it has to be closed down and restarted after almost ever single call or it won't dial out at all.

I'm sorry you're having issues with calls in Bria.

1. May I please know if you have any issue when you receive calls in Bria?

2. What version of Bria and Windows or MAC OS are you using?

3. Also, you can try the network traversal settings below and see if the issue goes away or not:

Please go to your Bria's Account Settings -> SIP account -> topology and then please try all the four different firewall traversal method settings found there. You can omit testing the TURN setting if you have not been given a specific TURN server to use by your provider, and in this case, just test the other three settings. When you try STUN, please enter in the server address field found below the four options. After each setting change please try a call to test that setting.
