Please, allow to extra the call log to use it in the company CRM and auto insert all the phone calls.
This is not a function of Bria 4, however many VOIP service providers are able to supply call logs. I recommend you contact your VOIP provider or system administrator about extracting a call log from the VOIP server.
1. the VOIP service that we use is free, and is a big company, so is impossible to ask features, they have not the possibility to extract the log
2. we paid Bria, you will not the develop new features? :)
