Logitech Headset H570e - Answerbutton not working

The Logitech H570e is not on the supported Headset-List. But I'm wondering is there any planed support to get the "Answer"-Button on the Headset working.

Or is there any special Setting that have to be set in Bria (4.8.0) ?

Hello Andreas,

If the headset's control functions are not working then it likely be that it's not able to successfully integrate with Bria. Though you must make sure the headset is selected in Preferences -> Devices. Headset, Speakerphone, and other devices mode.

If it still doesn't work then I can convert this ticket to idea topic to which our engineers go through frequently. If they like they may include it to work with Bria.

I think you mean those settings, right? Yes, i've selected everywhere (also in Speakerphone/Other) the Logitechheadset.

I'm sorry I was on vacation a couple of weeks ago and then I totally lost track of this topic. Are yo now using the supported logitech headset?

No Problem, hope you had nice vacations. We currently have about 50 H570e-Headsets in use, and there are no plans to replace it. We just bought one H650e for testing and will use them in future.

Because we don't want to replace all headsets, we are still hopeing, that you will support the H570e-Headsets in near future. :)

Oh okay. Well, we are continually testing more and more headset with every release of Bria and let's hope the ones you're using gets okayed as well. I will leave this idea topic here for our engineers/management. If they decide in future they may certify it for Bria. You can create a new ticket for any other issue.
