My account is locked out in the SAAS portal. Can my account be reset?

Hello Richard,

Your account has been unlocked. Please log in through the CounterPath Store to access the administration page to avoid lockouts in the future.

my administration page account is locked. I am unable to access it and there is not way to troubleshoot it. Please call me at 813-943-7114 ASAP.
