when someone calls my line, it goes straight to voicemail with no ringing, i get an email telling me there is a message
Is X-Lite registering with the server?
Are there any account errors (e.g. "failed to enable")?
Under Account settings|Voicemail tab, make sure that "Send calls to voicemail.." option is *not* checked.
If you still don't get ringing, please confirm that your X-Lite account settings are correct. Your VoIP service provider should be able to verify your settings.
I have the same issue, phone not ringing, sometimes will ring on computer, device will not ring...
still doesn't work. my voip service provider isnt' helping me at all with this issue. Any other suggestions? Like what are the correct settings supposed to be?

Please contact your VoIP service provider and have them confirm all your account settings. If you have a router/firewall device, try temporarily bypassing it if you have issues getting X-Lite to enable the account.
