Neither Push nor background working if Push enabled

Push Service disabled, Background Service enabled:

connection to the SIP server stays connected

But:

Push Service Enabled, Background Service enabled /disabled:

as soon as Bria goes in background, connection to the SIP server is interrupted.

Hello,

Can you please send us a log showing this behavior? Detailed instructions for sending a log can be found here: https://support.counterpath.com/knowledge-base/article/how-do-i-send-a-log-from-bria-mobile

Please enable logging, then register your SIP account, make sure "run in background" is not enabled, then send the app to the background. Re-open it, and then send the log. That should show us the Push registration, and we should be able to see if there is a problem.
