in the past few days i experience an issue of no audio when taking a call off hold or when switching between calls.
1. May I please know what version of Bria are you using?
2. What version of Windows or MAC OS are you using?
i am using Bria 3.7.2 for iphone 6
Please update you Bria to the latest v3.9.5. The one you're using is very old and may behave differently. Please let me know if the issue persists after the update.
thanks. that resolved the no audio problem when taking off hold. i am still testing the quality call as i had 1 cal that i i lost audio.
but i ran into another problem. since the update the blutooth headset is no longer teh default and now i need to change it to BT for every call i answer or dial. also it used to only ring on teh headset and now i hear it rings from teh phone speaker.
May I please know what headset are yo using with the model number?
Additionally, I'd like you to please send me a log report to further diagnose this issue. Please follow the steps below:
Go to Bria's Settings > Advanced Settings. Scroll down to Application Logging. Verbose Logging should be turned ON.
Close Bria fully by tapping the home button to exit the app, then double-tapping the home button to display the multitasking menu. Swipe Bria away to close it.
Now, Launch Bria again. This restarts the log, which results in a cleaner and more readable log.
Reproduce any problems you may be encountering and then press Send Log. You will be prompted with a confirmation dialog - tap Yes. Once the log file has been uploaded, you will see a Sending Log Success notification that has a Reference #.
Report this Reference Number to the Support Team Member who was assisting you.
If sending the log file fails, check your wifi and/or cellular data connectivity.
i am using Sennheiser MB Pro 2 ( a little over a year now)
i clicked send log but got no dialog box or reference number...
Please restart your Bria and try sending the log again.
