License is working on other PC's.
The latest supported version is eyeBeam 22.214.171.124. Please update to that version.
If that does not resolve it, please contact your VoIP service provider to assist with your settings and connectivity to their service.
I have EyeBeam Version 126.96.36.199 build 59030 installed to my PC and I have valid license code but when I set up the eyebeam I got request timeout. message... what will I do to make my Eyebeam works?
Please contact your VoIP service provider to confirm that all your SIP account settings have been entered correctly. They will be able to tell if eyeBeam is registering with the server/PBX. If you still have issues, please capture a wireshark trace of when eyeBeam registers, and save it as .pcap. Open a new ticket and attach the trace. Tickets will keep your data private.
