Hello Silvio,

Thank you for sending a log. I have opened an internal ticket with our engineering team to track this issue, and I will let you know as soon as I hear back from them.

Hi Silvio,

Engineering has made a few changes at the server; can you please try using the push service again and see if the problem is now resolved? Let me know what you see.

And just for clarification, did this only affect push service when the app was backgrounded? Did you have any issues when the app was in the foreground?

Hello

When I leave the internal network of my company and enter a data network it loses the record and is no longer located.

but it has another problem, even if I register it on the network, when using mobile data it does not receive calls.

Another problem is that when I return to the internal network it also continues without registration, it only works again when I register it again on the network.

This is happening to all Iphone.

Hi Silvio,

Okay, so you are unable to receive calls at all while on mobile data? If so, I'd like you to try changing your network traversal settings under your SIP Account > Account Advanced > Network Traversal. Try setting it to Application Managed and Server Managed and see if either option changes the result.

Otherwise, I suggest switching it to Custom Configuration and toggling the various options under "SIP Network Traversal (Mobile settings since that's where the problem is). If you use the STUN option, you will need to enter the address of a STUN server. If your VOIP provider does not have a recommended STUN server, you can test using stun.counterpath.com.

Let me know if you see a difference then, and then we'll tackle the issue with switching networks.
