The option to login to my account is not showing

When I open my Bria Stretto application the option to login does not appear.

The box simply shows the counterPath logo and the Bria Stretto for Mac Desktop image at the bottom.

I have taken the following steps:

  1. Force quit Bria Stretto
  2. Re-downloaded the application and replaced the old
  3. Restarted my computer

Any suggestions?

What MAC OS version are you using and also what version of Stretto are you using?

Hi Harpreet,

I am using version 10.11.5 of Mac OS.

Version Bria_Stretto_5.0.2_87463 of Bria Stretto.

1. Are you the only user using Stretto or are there other users as well? If many, is their Stretto working fine?

2. Can you please try to disable any anti-virus if you have in your system and try again?

3. Try to create a new MAC user account on your system and try installing there to see if the issue only exists in the main user account or in the whole system itself.
