The problem with displaying the presence in the buddy list

Server Communigate Pro 6.2.

SIP account user1 is configured in Bria

iPhone Edition, SIP account user2 with absolutely the same settings

configured in Bria Android Edition, user1 and user2 are buddies.

Why does user1 see user2’s presence in its buddy list, but user2 does not see user1’s presence in its buddy list?

If the SIP

user2 account with the same parameters is transferred to another iPhone

in the Bria iPhone Edition, then both users, user1 and user2 can

see each other's presence in their buddy lists. Why does it work correctly only in the Bria iPhone Edition?

According to my observations, on Bria iPhone Edition in 3.4.2 this problem was not yet. This problem began to appear approximately from versions 3.5.x or 3.6.x.

Until recently, I did not attach importance to this, but now it's time to solve this problem. Please, help me to do this.

Hello Konstantin,

If not already, please update your Bria to the latest version 3.9.4. After the update, I'd like you to please send me a log report from non-working Bria to further diagnose this issue. Please follow the steps below:

Go to Bria's Settings > Advanced Settings. Scroll down to Application Logging. Verbose Logging should be turned ON.

Close Bria fully by tapping the home button to exit the app, then double-tapping the home button to display the multitasking menu. Swipe Bria away to close it.

Now, Launch Bria again. This restarts the log, which results in a cleaner and more readable log.

Reproduce any problems you may be encountering and then press Send Log. You will be prompted with a confirmation dialog - tap Yes. Once the log file has been uploaded, you will see a Sending Log Success notification that has a Reference #.

Report this Reference Number to the Support Team Member who was assisting you.

If sending the log file fails, check your wifi and/or cellular data connectivity.
