Unable to add SIP account

Hi there

Just starting 30 day trial and have set up initial user account. When I attempt to add SIP account for that user I can enter the details given by my voip provider and then hit "update user" only to find that the se details are not saved. Thus I see no accounts in my Bria X desktop app. Have tried several times but no luck.
