X-LITE ON MAC - NETWORK NOT READY AND ACCOUNT DISABLED MESSAGES

Hi there, I tried ALL with XLITE on MAC, finally got to make it 'work' with the Windows version, but still have 'Network not ready' and 'Account Disabled' messages. Can anyone please help me out with this? :) THANK YOU! Peace.

Hello Deborah,

Our support for X-Lite is very limited. Can you please send me a screenshot of the error message you receive? When you say got to make it work, what does that mean? Have you already set up your sip account?

I got to mark the numbers, before I couldn't even do that... This is what I have for now...

Thanks for the picture, Deborah. That is not X-Lite but eyeBeam. Is this issue on Windows or MAC?

eyeBeam? I don't know that one... my computer is Mac and I got to download XLite on it through the simulators Wine and Xquartz. Please do you have a phone number/facetime/skype we can contact through to go through it quicker? Thank you in advance,

I'm sorry, but all our support for our products is made available via our support website and ticketing system, and I cannot call/remote access to provide assistance that way I'm afraid.

That application (the picture you attached) is eyeBeam and not X-Lite. Unfortunately, we don't support eyeBeam on MAC OSX since a very long time. I'm sorry but I won't be able to help you out with the issue. You must consider purchasing Bria 5 which works on MAC 10.11 and later OSX and has more advanced features. Hello Deborah,

I'm assuming you might be using the older X-Lite 3 version (it looks similar to eyeBeam) which is outdated and not supported anymore. You can go to the link below and download the latest X-Lite client for MAC.
