Description
We will upgrade the network components that support the Bria Servers. This is a major network upgrade to the Stretto platform services.
Timeline
Due to the significant work required to prepare, test and perform the network upgrade, maintenance activity will be conducted in two distinct intervals.
Friday, March 14th, 2025 - 11:00 PM ET until 02:00 AM ET
Saturday, March 15th, 2025 - 11:00 PM ET until 02:00 AM ET
As this is a major system upgrade, each of the above processes are expected to take approximately 3 hours.
Impact Statement
Impact to end users, device traffic or operator traffic will occur during these maintenance periods. Users that have logged into their apps just prior to the maintenance should be able to continue using their apps to make and receive phone calls through their voice platform. However, during the maintenance periods, all Stretto services will have periods of unavailability as various network components are replaced.
