How does MFA work and what do I need to use it?
Please install an authenticator on your mobile device first:
We recommend Microsoft Authenticator, Google Authenticator, or Okta Verify, however there are a variety of authenticators available, and you may use whichever works best for you.
Once you have the application installed, you will need to scan the QR code, or enter the 16 code manually on your authentication app.
After the a QR code is scanned, or the 16 digit code is entered, you will be shown a 6 digit code on your authenticator app. You will then need to enter the code on the Bria Admin portal screen.
Note: the first time you'll add the code as shown below, at the same time as the 16 digit/QR are added to the mobile app.
