How to resolve Unable to Connect to Server issue
If you're setting up Bria and find yourself unable to log in, you might see this error:
Windows
This is a known issue that occurs rarely on Windows devices due to Windows losing the certificate necessary for Bria (and some other applications) to function. As a work around to this issue you'll need to follow the steps outlined below.
- Certificate Name: USERTrust RSA Certificate Authority
- Download the Necessary Certification from Here
- Type "mmc" in the search bar.
- Choose "File->Add/Remove Snap-In"
- Select the "Certificates" Snap-In
- Select "Whole computer"
- Go to the "Certificates" Snap-In
- Expand the "Trusted Root Certificates" folder, then the "Certificates" folder.
- Right click the "Certificates" folder, choose "All Actions->Import"
- Follow the prompts to import a downloaded certificate
Mac
- Exit Bria
- In Safari, enter https://login.bria-x.com/status and you should see a page like this:
- Try Starting Bria
